Harrison Strength & Fitness is a functional fitness facility offering group classes, semi-private instruction, and personal training. Our mission is to inspire and instruct people of all ages and backgrounds to live stronger, healthier lives.
Our community is also like no other. It's comprised of men and women of all shapes, sizes, and ages who are simply driven to be better today than we were yesterday. You won’t find mirrors, fancy machines, or a juice bar here. But what you will find is a motivating atmosphere full of like minded and supportive individuals who are committed to toughing it out along side you every day and bringing the best out of one another.
Our training programs are fully adaptable for any age and starting point. There’s no requisite strength or fitness level to participate! Sessions are a challenging (yet fun) mix of traditional strength training (squatting, pressing, deadlifting) and conditioning tools such as kettlebells, medicine balls, rowing machines, air bikes, etc.
