Step 1: Intro
Complete the form below!! Your intro visit will give you a clear picture of what exactly we do here and it will also give us an accurate indicator of your current strengths and weaknesses so that we may help you structure a program that suits your needs accordingly.
Step 2: Foundations Program
After your intro visit, next up is completing our Foundations Program. This course is required of all new Group Training members. In two one-on-one sessions, we will bring you up to speed by teaching you the fundamentals of our training methodology.
Each session is approximately an hour long, builds upon the previous day, and all must be completed within one week. At the end of your intro program, you will know how to perform every movement that comes up during a workout and how to scale exercises to your level of fitness.
Step 3: Group or Personal Training
After completing your Foundations Program, you may then participate in group sessions or you may continue with Open Gym hours or personal training depending on your personal needs and preferences.
