What is it?
Our 12 Week Transformation Challenge is a health and fitness program running from January 17th through April 7th, 2017 that combines motivational team workouts and healthy eating strategies to help you achieve your goals.
It's also a fun and effective way to stay motivated and shed those holiday pounds just in time for the Spring and Summer seasons!
